We are what we eat – therefore and because today more people care about where our food comes from, this research area is as diverse as our food. What about food intolerances? Could insects provide a source of protein for animals or even us humans? For the European Project PROteINSECT, members of the ESCI team took care of the entire communication package. This included workshops, training, articles and videos that were shot in China and Mali. The stories were taken up by numerous publications and TV channels across Europe.

For the food industry, potential investors and the general public, our team created this 3D animation to explain a novel food processing method.
